This Biltong is made from the finest silverside of British beef, hand cut and deliciously tender - just like our Traditional Beef Biltong - this flavour tends to excite the eclectic palette with its subtle hint of aromatic pepper.

	By Matt H. My wife works with a South African expat, and she told my wife that the one South African treat which she cannot live without is biltong. After coming across the superb SANZA shop, I decided to give biltong a try. I thought for many years that biltong and jerky were the same thing, which was a complete mistake. Biltong strikes just the right balance between tenderness with a satisfying chew. I chose the pepper flavour, which was sublime. The only problem I have with biltong is that I have to try desperately not to eat the entire bag in one sitting! I could happily eat biltong all day.
