Miss   Currently 5/5 Stars. 1 2 3 4 5 By Nkgari This is the best tasting vinegar of all the vinegars that I have tasted and it is a good natural preserver as well used in beetroot salads ,it is fantastic I AM TELLING YOU try it for yourself with this quick BEETROOT recipe Keep a bit of the cooked beetroot water about 1/4 cup Cook 4 beetroots 2 Big diced onions white or red salt and a bit of sugar about 1 tablespoon mix in a bowl add Safari White Vinegar 1/2 a cup and the beetroot water preserve in a jar .it keeps for months in the fridge but believe me you wont want to keep it that long it is so refreshingly tasty!

'Best Before' dates (not to be confused with 'Use By' dates found on products such as fresh meat and fish) are simply a manufacturers guideline concerned to a products quality.

Often companies like Bluebird and Smiths stamp their products with short dates for commercial reasons rather then any accurate reflection of actual food quality.

We find most goods are perfectly good to eat for many months after.
