FAQs



Can I ask for better dates of products on special?
YES, we are happy for customers to make requests for better dates. If a product is on special with a best before date against it and we have better dates available, we will usually set up a second product on the website so that you can choose between the two. If we only have one product set up, we suggest you place your order using this product, and then add a note at the checkout stage requesting better dates. If available, we will manually alter your order to the better dates, and charge the extra amount to the card you have made payment with.

If you need a product to have a particular best before date for a birthday present or event, please call us or send us an email us at before placing the order to confirm we can meet your requirements.

Can I place orders over the phone?
YES, if for any reason you are unable to complete the ordering process online, then you are welcome to phone us on 0208 804 1458 to complete your order. Please note, that in the interest of security and accurate data entry, we would prefer orders to be placed online.

Are you open on Saturdays?
Our warehouse is only open Monday - Friday, but our online shop is available every day. Any orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched on the Monday.

Do you consider product requests?
YES, with an ever expanding product range, we are happy to accept all reasonable product requests. To submit your request please email us at . All requests will be filed and an attempt will be made to source the items. If we are able to locate it, you will be notified as soon as it is available to purchase.

Do you have a wholesale service for trade customers?
Yes, SANZA offer a wholesale service on products from New Zealand and Australia. If you have a shop, bar or cafe and are interested in stocking the most popular selling items, we would love to hear from you. Please contact us on 0208 804 1458 or email us at . We have a free delivery service around London on a fortnightly basis, so be sure to ask about this if you think you may be eligible.

Can I add products to the ready made gift hampers?
YES, you can add extra items to our ready made gift hampers. Proceed to the checkout and in the customer notes section inform of us of the extra items in your order you want included in the hamper. We will do our best to fit these in for you, but please be aware that any awkward or fragile items may have to be sent separately.
