Lolly Cake Kit - Full Package
LOLLY CAKE KIT INCLUDES:
1 x packet Pascall Eskimos (150g)
1 x packet Griffins Malt Biscuits (250g)
1 x tin Nestle Condensed Milk (397g) (also available here)
1 x bag Whitworths Desiccated Coconut (200g)
Lolly Cake Recipe
What you will need:
1 packet of Pascall Eskimos
1 packet of Malt biscuits
120g of butter
200g of condensed milk
Coconut
Then simply:
Melt butter and condensed milk in a pan. Crush malt biscuits and cut Pascall Eskimos in to small pieces. Mix everything together well. Either wrap in foil (to make a tube) or place in baking tray (to make a slab) or roll into balls. Sprinkle coconut over the top. Put in fridge to set for approx. 3-4 hours
