42 Below is a smooth, full, grain-based vodka similar in style to vodkas produced in Scandinavian countries, which differ from the potato and rye-based vodkas typical of Russia and Poland. A characteristic of grain-based vodkas is that they have a smoother taste than their rye or potato-based counterparts.

42 Below is batch-distilled just out of Wellington by a distiller with more than 20 years experience in the industry, using water that has attained the highest purity rating possible.

42 Below Vodka's have won numerous prestigious international awards including gold medals (for the third year running) at the 44th World Selection of Spirits and Liqueurs 2006, the San Francisco Spirits Awards and the UK International Wines & Spirits competition.

Better than Grey Goose   Currently 5/5 Stars. 1 2 3 4 5 By Daniel Smith I bought a bottle of this recently. I was shocked when I found this to be much better than Grey Goose Vodka. I would defiantly buying more of this with my next order.

'Best Before' dates (not to be confused with 'Use By' dates found on products such as fresh meat and fish) are simply a manufacturers guideline concerned to a products quality.

Often companies like Bluebird and Smiths stamp their products with short dates for commercial reasons rather then any accurate reflection of actual food quality.

We find most goods are perfectly good to eat for many months after.
