Amazingly simple way to make the perfect meringue. My family from OZ brought some with them at Xmas. A beautiful gift. The pavlova was wonderfully chewy in the centre and was consumed in minutes. Thanks a million, Jean

I have been using this product for about 20 years! It is amazing. Here is a recipe idea for Mocha Meringue Torte:

Follow Pavlova Magic recipe. After adding sugar, add about 3 heaping Tablespoons sifted cocoa powder. Beat in with sugar. Cut 4 cake size circles out of parchment paper. Place on large cookie sheet and bake as per package instructions. As well, keep in oven for several hours or overnight. Later, remove parchment paper carefully from circles of meringues. Place first layer on large cake plate. Layer with coffee or cappachino ice cream, sometimes I pour a tablespoon or so of chocolate sauce on the layer of ice cream. So you have three layers
of ice cream between four layers of meringue. Place cake in large cake holder and put in freezer. Ready to be served within hours or next day. Keeps for about one week.
When I serve the mocha meringue slices of cake, I put them on a large individual plate. Garnish with fruit, or fruit sauce, edible flowers, like pansies or nasturtiums in a puddle of chocolate sauce.
