How late can I place an order for dispatch today?
To work out the weight of an order, we add 100 grams for the minimum box size and increase the actual weight of the goods by 20% to allow for the weight of additional packaging.A) Royal Mail - Parcels < 2kg
To make smaller orders more affordable we use Royal Mail for lighter packages, and simply pass this charge on at cost.

All orders placed before 12-noon will be dispatched the same day. Any orders placed after 12 will be dispatched the following day.Can I place an order for collection?
YES, customers are welcome to collect their orders from us, however because our Warehouse is not really set up for browsing products, we ask that customers place an order online first, and then call us on 0208 804 1458 to arrange a collection time. There is no option to remove delivery costs when placing an order, so we will manually remove the delivery charge from orders at the time of processing payment. If you would like to pay for your order with cash, please take the order through to the payment page, and then give us a call to inform of us of the order you would like to collect.Why do you only offer a dispatch date?
We offer a dispatch date, rather than a delivery date because although we do use a next day delivery service for the UK mainland, we can not absolutely gaurantee it will be delivered the next day, due to circumstances beyond our control. e.g. bad weather or the customer not being home to receive the parcel.What happens if my Courier order doesn't turn up?
At the time of despatch (usually 5pm), Customers are emailed a courier reference number, a website address for tracking and a customer service telephone number. This allows you to track progress of your parcel.What happens if my Royal Mail order doesn't turn up?
If you are experiencing problems with a courier delivery, please contact the courier first as they are the ones who will have the package and should be able to provide the best information. Likewise customers are better at relaying directions for lost drivers and premises descriptions.
If you still have any difficulties, please contact us immediately on 0208 804 1458 so we can attempt to rectify the situation. Remember – the sooner we know about any problem, the more likely we can solve it. For insurance purposes any problems must be reported within 7 days of despatch.
If your package has not arrived and no collection card has been received, please check with your local sorting office to see if there are any undelivered packages for the relevant address.What couriers do you use?
If, after 3 weeks any packages remain undelivered they will be returned to us. In this case we will contact you and arrange for the package to be sent out again.
Please note that any order going outside of the UK is placed at the buyer's own risk, as we are not liable to claim back anything that is lost or delayed by foreign postal services.
Please note that we have no tracking on our Royal Mail orders, and cannot guarantee delivery within a certain time frame.
All our courier UK Mainland orders are shipped using APC or a local agent. Overseas parcels will be delivered by DHL or local agent. Tracking information will be provided at the time of order dispatch.
